Hope’s Garden is a registered not for profit organization that provides support and resources to those living along the continuum of disordered eating. This ranges from those struggling with negative body image to those diagnosed with an eating disorder such as Anorexia, Bulimia and Binge Eating Disorder.
Hope’s Garden offers a safe place where individuals can share their experiences, be heard and understood.
Our programs help to promote health and wellness with an overall goal of improving quality of life and inspiring hope. Our supports:
- Strengthen self-esteem and body image
- Build peer supports
- Develop healthy relationships
- Strategies and tools for coping with anxiety and stress
- Provide creative forums of expression and release
At Hope’s Garden are supports are member driven, meaning that we work with the members to find what works best for them and then helping them through that process.
