Adult Support Group
Mondays, 1:00-2:30pm; Facilitated by Rev. Marilyn Carter , M.Div.

This group explores a variety of issues related to eating
disorders such as body image, self-esteem, mood and healthy
lifestyle. Education and peer support will allow you to
focus on your personal issues and receive guidance and support towards your recovery.
Irene Dewdney Open Art Studio
Facilitated by Gill Yealland, BA, Dip. AT
Mondays, 3:30-5:00pm
Open to all persons of all ages. The art process allows you to express yourself and encourages insight by using a range of materials. No artistic experience required!
Family & Friends Support Group
Facilitated by Rev. Marilyn Carter, M.Div.
2nd & 4th Monday of every month, 6:30-8:00pm
An ongoing support group for parents, spouses and other
family members involved with loved ones struggling with
disordered eating.
Sew and Grow Sew and Grow Schedule of Activites
Tuesdays: 6-7:30pm
Bring your sewing, quilting, knitting or crocheting to this peer group intended to provide an opportunity to gather and celebrate friendship, companionship and ideas. Everyone is welcome and the focus is on nurturing the spirit.

Healthy Coping for Young Adults
Mondays: 6:30 – 8:00pm
Facilitator: Gill Yealland, B.A. Dip. A.T.
This 8-week support group for 18-24 year olds will focus on learning healthy coping skills and strategies. We will explore issues related to recovery such as dealing with stress, healthy relationships, and self-care through discussion, art and writing activities.
Registration recommended, drop – in’s welcome.
LOCATION TO BE ANNOUNCED
A New Earth
Thursdays: 5:30pm – 7:00pm
Facilitator: Dr. Rosalind Callard, Psychologist
In this 8 week group, we will read, "A New Earth" by Ekhart Tolle, exploring his concepts of spiritual awakening and how to become aware of the joy of being alive. We will emphasize how this applies to recovering from an eating disorder. Bring your own copy of the book, as the format will be to read and discuss a portion of the book each week.
